Challenge

Following acquisitions, training was spread across three LMSs, creating friction for customers, partners, and internal teams trying to find the right content. Maintaining multiple platforms also increased operational complexity and cost.

Solution

Led the migration, standardization, and consolidation of product and employee training (approximately 400 content items) into a single LMS, creating a more unified, scalable learning experience across all audiences.
